Leaders should enable passion and let the passion of teams deliver results. Forced KPIs and OKRs will have limited effect. Teams must believe in their capabilities to KPIs and OKRs, which has to be their ownership. The struggle is part of life, the self-growth process, and never-ending learning.

Teach the team to be persistent and focused with strength every day, even when they are losing. Edison and the light bulb effect. Be a leader who recognizes the best placement of his teams, as generals place soldiers in a battle.

As a leader, place teams for the win and not failure, and inspire them. Stop thinking about how everybody is not good, and transform your leader's logic.
